HR Recruiter – Real Estate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Week Off: Sunday

Sri Sangamam Properties is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities and hiring suitable candidates for various positions within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle candidate communication and maintain recruitment databases.




- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for selected candidates.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
- Real estate industry recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of job portals and candidate sourcing.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet recruitment targets.
- Positive attitude and good coordination skills.

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
