Job Overview We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably with consulting firms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, particularly for Finance & Accounts roles, and the ability to source and close quality candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle hiring requirements across the Finance & Accounts domain, including accounting, taxation, audit, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other finance-related positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial discussions to assess candidates' skills, experience, compensation expectations, and notice periods.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for active and upcoming requirements.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting recruitment targets and turnaround times.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline reports.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups to ensure successful closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–4 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Prior experience working with consulting firms is strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in hiring for Finance & Accounts roles is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate screening, and end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available to join at short notice would be preferred.
