IT Recruiter

Position: IT Recruiter Sourcing & Screening

Experience: 0-6 Months

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 0-6 months of experience in IT sourcing and candidate screening. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist relevant candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess technical skills, communication, experience, notice period, and salary expectations.
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and screening targets.




- Maintain good candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

- 0-6 months of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and technical skills.
- Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret IT Job Descriptions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in IT Staffing / Contract Recruitment / Permanent IT Hiring will be preferred.
- Should be proactive, energetic, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail while screening resumes.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
