The Blue Collar Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar and frontline workforce roles across multiple locations. The role involves managing bulk hiring requirements, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for positions such as:

- Bus Captains

- Ground Staff
- Operations Executives.
- Manage mass and bulk hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Source candidates through job portals, references, consultants, social media, local hiring drives, and field hiring activities.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operations teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Follow up with candidates for documentation, offer rollout, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth onboarding.




- Ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills
- Experience in blue-collar or mass hiring recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 47 years of experience in blue-collar hiring, staffing, logistics, transportation, or operations recruitment.

Preferred:
- Experience in hiring Drivers, Bus Associates, Ground Staff, and operational workforce.
- Experience in logistics, mobility, transportation, or staffing industries.
