Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates.
- Manage offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

HR Operations & Administration:

- Manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records, databases, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and working hours.
- Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and other official communications.
- Coordinate with management and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.

Required Skills:





- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR documentation.
- Positive organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
- Basic understanding of payroll, attendance management, and HR policies.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.

Candidate Requirements:

- 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
- Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, Courier, Technology, Retail, or Startups will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and relevant HR knowledge may also be considered.
