Job Title: Recruitment Executive

Experience: 1 + year / 6 months

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days) 1 day WFH

Work Mode: Work from Office

We help organizations hire the right talent across multiple industries. We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and career-focused individuals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to grow in the Talent Acquisition domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.





Candidates with 1+ or 6 months years of recruitment/HR experience.
- Any graduate with a keen interest in recruitment.
- Passionate about building a long-term career in Talent Acquisition.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet sourcing.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
