Job Location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh (In-Office / Work from Office):

We are looking for a energetic and highly fluent HR Recruiter to join our team at our Bareilly office. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on recruiting Doctors and Medical Professionals. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills to interact professionally with doctors and senior medical specialists.Key Responsibilities:

- Doctor Sourcing: Sourcing qualified Doctors (MBBS, MD, MS, Specialists) using Naukri Recruiter Platform and LinkedIn.
- Screening & Coordination: Conducting initial rounds to assess candidates' qualifications and coordinating interviews directly from our Bareilly branch.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining strong professional communication with doctors from screening up to their successful onboarding.
- Daily Reporting:



Managing recruitment databases and reporting directly to the management team at the office.

Requirements & Skills:

- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Candidate must be highly articulate.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment (Healthcare/Doctor recruitment experience is a major plus). Fresher candidates with exceptional English fluency may also be considered.
- Location: Must be a resident of Bareilly or willing to relocate to Bareilly. This is strictly an office-based job.
