- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Understand job requirements from department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.
- Schedule and follow up on candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
