Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support hiring requirements.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Explain job opportunities, role requirements, and company details to candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required Skills
- Any degree or MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in HR and recruitment are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work in a team.
- Positive attitude, coordination skills, and a result-oriented approach.
