Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while meeting organizational hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and candidate records.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus/recruitment drives when required.
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year+ of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
