About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will find, screen, and hire candidates for our clients' Domestic and International BPO requirements. You will handle the process from the first call to the candidate's joining day.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen profiles and interview candidates for communication skills and role fit
- Manage the full hiring cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining follow-up
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sourcing, interviews, selections, and joinings
- Follow up with candidates to ensure timely joining and reduce dropouts
- Maintain candidate databases, reports, and hiring trackers
- Handle multiple vacancies at once and close them on time

Who Can Apply

- Freshers: If you are a confident communicator and eager to learn,



we will train you on the recruitment process, sourcing tools, and client handling.
- Experienced candidates (up to 2 years): If you have BPO or agency recruitment experience, you can start quickly, handle more requirements, and grow faster.

Requirements

- 12th Pass (HSC) or any Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Positive sourcing and candidate-assessment skills (or a strong willingness to learn)

Preferred (not mandatory)

- Experience in Domestic and International BPO recruitment
- Background in a recruitment consultancy or agency

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
