We are looking for a dynamic and highly fluent HR Recruiter to join our team for Doctors and Medical Professionals recruitment. This is a 100% Work From Home (Remote) role. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills to interact professionally with Doctors and senior medical specialists.Key Responsibilities:

- Doctor Sourcing: Sourcing qualified Doctors (MBBS, MD, MS, Specialists) using Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and specialized medical portals.
- Screening & Shortlisting: Conducting initial telephonic rounds to assess candidates' qualifications, communication, and availability.
- Interview Coordination: Scheduling and managing interview lineups between Doctors and the management team.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining solid professional communication with candidates from screening up to their onboarding.
- Data Management: Keeping an updated tracking sheet of daily calls, lined-up interviews,



and joining statuses.

Requirements & Skills:

- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Candidate must be highly articulate and spoken-English oriented.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment (Experience in Healthcare/Doctor recruitment is a huge plus).
- Portal Knowledge: Proficiency in using Naukri Recruiter platform and LinkedIn.
- Infrastructure: Must have a laptop/desktop with a reliable, high-speed internet connection at home.
