Job Overview

We are looking for an HR & Placement Relations Executive to manage corporate relationships, college partnerships, recruitment, staffing, and student placement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Establish partnerships with colleges and placement departments.
- Identify job opportunities and company hiring requirements.
- Coordinate student placements, interviews, and recruitment drives.
- Handle candidate sourcing, screening, recruitment, and staffing.
- Maintain student resumes and placement records.
- Coordinate with students, trainers, companies, and internal teams.

Eligibility

- Experience in educational institutions or recruitment is an advantage.
- Willingness to attend company meetings, college visits, and placement activities.
