Key Responsibilities

- Manage bulk recruitment for operational positions across multiple locations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and joining.
- Recruit candidates for blue-collar and frontline roles such as Waiters, Cooks, Kitchen Staff, and other operational positions.
- Conduct walk-in interviews, job fairs, and local recruitment drives.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfil manpower requirements within defined timelines.
- Manage HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and employee records.
- Support joining formalities, employee engagement, and HR policy implementation.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and daily/weekly reports.




- Coordinate with local teams to ensure timely manpower deployment, especially for railway station and nearby operational locations.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 2-4 years in bulk hiring and HR operations.
- Industry: high-volume recruitment environments.
- Skills: Bulk Recruitment, Blue-Collar Hiring, HR Operations, Candidate Sourcing, Onboarding, Employee Documentation, Recruitment MIS, and Stakeholder Coordination.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring targets and work in a fast-paced operational workplace.
