Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Design and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks aligned with Indian labor laws.
- Partner with business leaders to drive workforce planning, talent mapping, and retention strategies.
- Manage employee relations, resolve grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, etc.),



and HRIS data accuracy.
- Develop and deliver training programs, diversity initiatives, and engagement campaigns to boost morale and productivity.
