Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources operations at our Trivandrum office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, compliance, and workplace policies. If you have a proven track record of managing HR operations—especially within manpower-heavy or facility management environments—we would love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition &
- Staffing:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and manpower planning across site and corporate levels.

- Employee Relations &

- Engagement:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolution of workplace grievances, performance management, and driving engagement initiatives.

- Operations &

- Compliance:

Manage attendance, leave records, payroll processing inputs, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory regulations.

- Policy Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies, code of conduct, and operational SOPs.

- Vendor &





- Client Liaison:

Coordinate with external agencies, clients, and contractors for site deployment and workforce allocation (especially relevant for facility management operations).

Key Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR Management.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s/MBA in HR is a plus).

- Industry Preference: Prior work experience in a Facility Management, Property Management, or Manpower Services company will be a distinct advantage.

- Skills:

- Solid leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and statutory compliance.

- Proficiency in HRMS software, MS Excel, and administrative workflows.

- Fluency in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
