Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes to ensure compliance and implementation of company policies.

Duties

- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Communicate with employees on various HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including OSHA
- Lead recruitment efforts for all positions within the organization
- Design and deliver training programs for employees' professional development
- Oversee performance management processes




- Utilize HR software such as Dayforce for HRIS functions
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on program management

Experience

- Proven work experience as an HR Manager in road construction
- In-depth knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in recruiting, training development, and performance management

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
