Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Handle attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Oversee workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with management to support organizational goals.

Required Skills:
- Solid communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labour laws.
- Experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Ability to manage HR operations independently.

Experience: Relevant experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or metal industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
