- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Hiring Versatility: Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple job functions rather than a single niche.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of local labor laws, statutory compliances, and standard HR processes.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with modern HRMS/HRIS tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, Darwinbox) and ATS platforms.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Adaptability: Comfortable switching gears quickly between strategic policy tasks, routine operations, and urgent hiring needs.
- Communication: Clear, empathetic, and professional written and verbal communication.
- Discretion: High integrity with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
- Problem-Solving: Practical, solution-oriented approach to people management and organizational challenges.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
