We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in recruitment and human resource management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings.
- Conduct initial candidate screening calls.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the HR team with daily recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA HR / BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate.
- Freshers and final-year students may apply, subject to availability.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Interest in recruitment and human resource management.




- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Internship Details & Benefits
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month.
- Duration: 6 months.
- First 3 Months: Work From Home (WFH).
- After 3 Months: Work From Office is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Practical exposure to candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Guidance and learning opportunities from recruitment professionals.
- Internship certificate upon successful completion.
