Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR activities and operations.

Requirements:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment is an added advantage.
