- Handle contract employees and workforce management.
- Coordinate with manpower suppliers and vendors.
- Manage contract labour compliance and statutory requirements.
- Oversee employee relations, HR operations and workforce planning.
- Ensure smooth manpower availability for manufacturing operations.
