Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

ATS Cargo is looking for an experienced and proactive HR INTERN to work closely with the HR Manager and support day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the HR Manager in daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
- Handle recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, onboarding, and joining formalities.
- Support attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and management for smooth HR operations.
- Provide support in other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements: Robust communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and documentation.

Ability to multitask and work independently.
