Key Responsibilities:
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Generalist Intern to support various Human Resources functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, and HR Administration, providing a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.
Key Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualification
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (completed or currently pursuing) preferred.
- Prior internship experience in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
