Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and employee engagement.
- Manage attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and labour laws.
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, and joining formalities.
- Handle HR policies, performance management, and appraisal coordination.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate employee training and development activities.

Required Skills:





- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in payroll coordination and employee engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
