Role Purpose

Responsible for sourcing and recruiting workmen for warehouse operations across 20+ depots PAN India, ensuring timely manpower availability to support smooth warehouse functioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for warehouse positions across all 20 depots PAN India.

2. Source candidates for roles such as warehouse helpers, loaders, unloaders, pickers, packers, material handlers and other warehouse workmen.

3. Identify and utilize local hiring channels, including employee referrals, job consultants, walk-in drives, labour contractors and local networks.

4. Coordinate with depot managers and warehouse in-charges to understand manpower requirements, vacancies and immediate hiring priorities.

5. Screen candidates based on role suitability,



physical job requirements, experience and location preferences.

6. Coordinate candidate interviews, salary discussions, selection and joining formalities.

7. Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and joining delays.

8. Maintain a ready pipeline of candidates for recurring and urgent manpower requirements across locations.

9. Track recruitment progress, open positions, joining status, source effectiveness and hiring turnaround time.

10. Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates to the HR team and respective depot heads.
