NxEev Technologies LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) who has a basic understanding of end-to-end HR processes and is eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Location: Mira Road, Mumbai

Work Mode: On-site

Role: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Support HR operations and daily administrative activities.
- Assist with onboarding, documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate with candidates and employees.
- Support attendance, leave management and other HR activities.

Requirements:

- Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment and HR operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Freshers with an interest in HR are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
