 Assist the top-management as a key business driving function

 Onboarding of recent candidates, including induction and proper documentation.

 Conducting daily interviews and passing feedbacks to consultants

 Payroll processing – managing salary issues, attendance regularization

 Policy making and enforcement – Ensuring company’s policy is kept updated as per the changing needs and ensuring the policy is strictly followed

 Internal conflict management – policy problems, keeping employees motivated

 Employee engagement activities - Conducting internal events like townhall, birthday bashes, outings etc

 Employee Retention – controlling attrition and managing retention activities.

proper reporting, regular communications and follow ups

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
