Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage local manpower hiring and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in local recruitment, community-level mobilization, or working with Grama/Ward Volunteers or DWCRA/Self-Help Group (SHG) members.

The candidate must be comfortable with local field visits, candidate mobilization, and manpower recruitment. Two-wheeler driving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit local candidates to meet manpower requirements.
- Conduct field visits to nearby villages, towns, and local communities for recruitment.
- Coordinate with Grama/Ward Volunteers, DWCRA/SHG members, and other local contacts to source candidates.
- Mobilize potential candidates through community networks and local references.
- Explain job roles, salary details, and employment conditions to prospective candidates.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment records, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.




- Meet assigned recruitment targets within the specified timelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Age: Preferably 30–45 years.
- Experience: Experience in local manpower hiring, community mobilization, or recruitment through local networks is preferred.
- Candidates with experience as Grama/Ward Volunteers or DWCRA/Self-Help Group (SHG) members will be given preference.
- Bike Driving: Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with local communities and build candidate networks.
- Willingness to travel locally for field recruitment activities.
- A responsible, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach to work.

Salary & Benefits
- Gross Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000.
- Field Visit Allowance: Provided as per company policy.
