About the Internship

Crossing Infotech is inviting applications for the position of HR Executive Intern. This internship is designed for individuals interested in human resource management, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. Interns will gain practical exposure to everyday HR activities while working with an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing activities.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Assist with employee engagement and HR coordination tasks.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain confidential records.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.




- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Qualified approach to handling candidate information.
- Ability to coordinate tasks in a remote work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Students or graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and human resource management.
- Freshers with an interest in building a career in HR are welcome.
