- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as ,,Technicians, Electricians, and Supervisors.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals and field recruitment.
- Coordinate with operations teams to understand manpower requirements and fulfil vacancies within the given timeline.
- Conduct initial screening, interview coordination and candidate follow-ups.
- Organise walk-in interviews, job fairs and local recruitment drives.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate document collection, salary negotiation and offer confirmation.
- Ensure candidates join on the committed date and support the onboarding process.
- Track daily joining, absenteeism and replacement requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
