About the internship

Medinex Workforce is a staffing and recruitment company, so hiring is the core of what we do, not a support function. Every day our team searches for the right people, speaks with candidates, coordinates interviews and helps selected candidates reach their joining date. This internship places you inside that process. You will learn how professional recruiters work, from reading a requirement to confirming a joining, and you will handle live tasks from the first week.

What you will do

- Search for suitable candidates on job portals, professional networks and social platforms
- Read client requirements and shortlist profiles that match them
- Call or message candidates to confirm interest, availability and basic fit
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with selected candidates on documents and joining formalities
- Update candidate trackers and daily hiring reports in Excel or Google Sheets
- Help write clear, accurate job posts for different roles
- Share progress in daily check-ins and a weekly review

What we are looking for
- Confident, professional communication in English and Hindi




- Comfort speaking with new people over calls and messages
- Good organisation and the habit of following up without reminders
- Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
- Respect for confidentiality when handling candidate information
- A laptop and secure internet connection for full-time remote work

Nice to have
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri or similar job portals
- Interest in healthcare or IT hiring
- Any earlier internship, campus placement cell or volunteering experience

Who can apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from BBA, MBA (HR), B.Com, BA, B.Sc or any stream with strong communication skills
- Freshers who want a career in HR or recruitment are welcome, and prior experience is not required
- You must be available full-time for the internship period
