- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting recent-hire orientation.
- HR Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, physical and digital files, and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Policy & Compliance: Implement company HR policies and ensure adherence to local labor laws and statutory requirements (such as PF, ESI, and leave management).
- Employee Relations: Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, support conflict resolution, and manage grievance handling.
- Performance & Training Support: Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and help organize staff training or engagement activities.
- Payroll & Benefits Assistance: Support payroll processing by tracking attendance, leaves, and benefit enrollments.
