Job Title: HR Executive (Female) Fresher / 0–2 Years Experience (Vadodara)

Job Summary

We are looking for a female HR Executive (Fresher / 0–2 years experience) with a basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment support activities. The role involves candidate coordination, onboarding support, travel coordination, documentation, reporting, and basic sourcing, along with strong communication and Excel skills.

This position is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection and verification.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for new joiners (tickets, accommodation details, follow-ups).
- Maintain and update employee and candidate records accurately.
- Follow up with candidates regarding joining formalities, documentation, and schedules.
- Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals, databases, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly HR reports.




- Maintain HR trackers and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
- Create basic reports, summaries, and charts for HR data.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Female candidates only
- 0–2 years experience / Freshers can apply
- Graduate or Post-graduate in HR (MHRM, MSW or MBA-HR preferred)
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and recruitment process.
- Good exposure to onboarding, documentation, and coordination.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reports, charts).
- Good command over English communication (verbal & written).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage

- Experience using Naukri / LinkedIn for sourcing
- Basic knowledge of HR MIS and reporting
- Exposure to interview coordination
