Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented HR professionals with hands-on experience in Bulk Recruitment, Mass Hiring, Field Sourcing and HR Operations.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for retail stores, factories, warehouses, offices and central/cloud kitchens, along with HR operations, client coordination and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end bulk recruitment and mass hiring for various client requirements.
- Source candidates through field sourcing, competitor poaching, local referrals, WhatsApp groups and job portals.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database and local sourcing network.
- Coordinate recruitment drives, walk-in interviews and client interviews.
- Source candidates through NGOs, ITIs, Skill Development Centres and government/private job fairs.
- Recruit for profiles such as Retail Sales Executives,



Technicians, Supervisors, Kitchen Staff and Warehouse Staff.
- Manage candidate calling, screening, scheduling, follow-ups and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with client representatives to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and daily hiring reports.
- Support HR Operations, payroll coordination and employee documentation.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Candidate Requirements
- MBA in HR preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in Bulk Recruitment, Mass Hiring and HR Operations.
- Strong experience in field sourcing, headhunting, poaching and local market recruitment.
- Good database and network through WhatsApp groups and local referrals.
- Exposure to NGOs, ITIs, Skill Councils and job fair coordination will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, job portals and recruitment trackers.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Hindi and English communication preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with frequent field and client visits.

Salary & Advantages CTC: 3–4 LPA

Important Requirement: Candidates must be comfortable with extensive field recruitment activities and regional travel. A personal two-wheeler is mandatory.
