HR Conclave Coordinator

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month, based on experience.

Job Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate HR conclaves, HR summits, corporate conferences, and qualified networking events.
- Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruitment Heads, CHROs, and corporate representatives.
- Invite HR professionals from leading companies to participate as delegates, speakers, panelists, and industry experts.
- Build a strong network of HR professionals across IT, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, banking, retail, and other industries.
- Coordinate speaker invitations, delegate registrations, event schedules, panel discussions, and networking sessions.
- Develop partnerships with corporate companies, HR associations, recruitment agencies, and industry organizations.
- Communicate with participating companies regarding event objectives, participation packages, sponsorship opportunities, and registration.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote conclaves and attract HR delegates.
- Maintain HR contact databases, participation records, and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure the successful execution of HR conclaves and corporate networking programs.

Required Skills
- Strong corporate communication and professional networking skills.
- Experience in HR networking, recruitment, corporate events, or conference coordination.
- Ability to connect with senior HR professionals and corporate decision-makers.
- Excellent email, telephone, and business communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder-management abilities.




- Confidence in approaching companies and securing delegate or speaker participation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Relevant experience in event management, corporate relations, HR, recruitment, exhibitions, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills may also apply for suitable opportunities.
- Candidates with established corporate contacts and experience in organizing large-scale events will receive preference.
