Qualification:- Any Graduate / Mba - HR/ MPM
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Execute induction and onboarding activities.
- Execute employee engagement activities.
- Knowledge of Job Portals.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
