Manager – HR & Compliance – Industrial Engineering Services

LOREDEEP India is building an industrial engineering services business focused on plant reliability, maintenance, production support, industrial projects and technology-enabled performance improvement.

We are looking for an HR & Compliance professional who can build our recruitment engine, keep the organization fully compliant with labour laws, and coordinate with client HR teams to ensure statutory compliance for our people deployed at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment of engineers, technicians, supervisors and staff, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, background verification and onboarding for new contracts and multiple locations.
- Ensure statutory compliance for the organization under labour laws and codes, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund, Minimum Wages, Payment of Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments and Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) requirements.
- Coordinate with client HR, administration and compliance teams on statutory registrations, licences, monthly compliance submissions, audits and documentation for our people working at client sites.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and returns, and handle inspections and audits by government authorities and clients, keeping the organization audit-ready at all times.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including joining formalities, attendance and payroll inputs, leave, appraisals, confirmations, transfers, discipline and exit formalities.
- Draft and implement HR policies, employment contracts and standing orders, and support employee welfare, safety induction, training records and grievance handling across sites.

Candidate Requirements





- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in industrial services, manpower services, facility management, engineering or manufacturing companies.
- MBA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations.
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and contract labour requirements, including the new Labour Codes.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment of technical and blue-collar manpower across multiple locations.
- Experience coordinating with client HR teams and handling labour department inspections and compliance audits.
- Good communication, documentation and coordination skills, working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS / payroll tools, and willingness to travel to client sites across South India.
