Designation – HR Assistant

Qualification Graduate

Work Timings 9 hours per day (Flexible)

Working Days Monday to Friday. 3 Saturdays off in a month, remaining Saturday's full day working

Workplace - Mazgaon, Byculla

Salary-based experience and caliber Other Perks PF, Medical, 24 days paid leave, variable performance incentive.

Brief

- Conduct employee onboarding and exit formalities




- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assisting managers in the third-party payroll process and employee documentation
- Ensuring utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
- Ensure all employee information in the HRMS software is up to date
- Process monthly payroll, calculation of overtime, etc
- Processing in Spine Software
