House Keeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

- Prefered Hotel Experience only and able work on 3 shift basis Morning/Evening/Night

- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping with room cleaning, floor cleaning, Moping, Sweeping, Toilet cleaning, Scrumbing, Bed Making

- Assign daily cleaning duties and inspect completed work to ensure hotel standards are met.

- Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff for productive performance.

- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for room readiness and guest requests.

- Ensure guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas are clean and well maintained.

- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and cleaning materials and report shortages.





- Handle guest complaints or special requests related to housekeeping professionally and promptly.

- Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and staff schedules.

- Ensure all housekeeping staff follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and prepare housekeeping reports for management.

- Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning projects when required.

- Maintain teamwork and effective communication among housekeeping staff and other departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
