Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise daily housekeeping operations across the resort and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently maintained. The candidate will be responsible for managing housekeeping staff, assigning duties, conducting inspections, and ensuring guest areas are clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage daily housekeeping operations across the resort.
- Allocate duties and work areas to housekeeping staff.
- Monitor cleanliness of guest rooms, washrooms, public areas, restaurants, offices, and other resort facilities.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper cleaning and hygiene standards.
- Ensure rooms and guest areas are prepared on time as per operational requirements.
- Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, attendance, and daily cleaning reports.
- Monitor the usage and availability of housekeeping materials, chemicals, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain proper inventory and coordinate for replenishment of housekeeping supplies.
- Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.




- Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper handling and reporting of lost and found items.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and repair requirements to the concerned department.
- Ensure staff discipline and compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping operations, preferably in a hotel or resort.
- Positive knowledge of room cleaning, public area cleaning, and housekeeping procedures.
- Ability to supervise and manage a housekeeping team.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling operational responsibilities independently.

Experience 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.

Preferred Candidate A candidate with experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality housekeeping operations who can independently manage daily housekeeping activities and staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
