- Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff across all hospital floors and departments.

- Ensure cleanliness of patient rooms, wards, ICU, OT, OPD, corridors, washrooms, and common areas.

- Prepare daily duty rosters and allocate housekeeping staff according to department requirements.

- Conduct regular rounds to monitor cleaning activities and maintain hygiene standards.

- Ensure proper implementation of hospital cleaning and disinfection protocols.

- Monitor proper usage and dilution of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.

- Ensure biomedical waste segregation and disposal as per hospital guidelines.

- Check availability of housekeeping materials, cleaning equipment, and consumables.

- Maintain daily cleaning checklists, duty registers, attendance records, and chemical stock registers.

- Train housekeeping staff on infection control, hand hygiene, waste management,



and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the Infection Control Nurse and other departments regarding cleanliness and hygiene issues.

- Handle patient and staff complaints related to housekeeping services and take immediate corrective action.

- Ensure staff follow uniform, grooming, punctuality, and discipline standards.

- Monitor deep cleaning, terminal cleaning, and periodic cleaning schedules.

- Report maintenance issues, damages, and housekeeping-related concerns to the administration.

- Conduct performance monitoring and evaluate housekeeping staff regularly.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
