Housekeeping Supervisor –

We are looking for a responsible and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, maintenance, and housekeeping operations across all our properties at Element Stays in Talpona (Canacona, South Goa)

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and ensure all houses are thoroughly cleaned and guest-ready before every check-in.
- Conduct property inspections during check-outs to identify damages, missing items, or maintenance issues.
- Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, ensuring timely and efficient completion of daily tasks.
- Maintain inventory of linen, toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other essential items.
- Coordinate guest interactions during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Report any maintenance requirements, damages, or operational issues to management.

The ideal candidate should be organised, responsible, proactive, and have good communication and staff-management skills. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
