We are looking for an experienced and professionally groomed Housekeeping Manager with a solid background in 5-star hotel operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing overall housekeeping operations, staff supervision, training, reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas and back-of-house.
- Supervise, lead and manage the entire housekeeping team.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly departmental reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance of housekeeping checklists and SOPs.
- Conduct regular staff training and grooming sessions.
- Monitor room cleanliness, hygiene and quality standards.
- Ensure proper staff scheduling, duty allocation and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering and other departments.
- Maintain discipline, professional grooming and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience exclusively in the hotel industry.
- Mandatory experience in a 5-star hotel.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong leadership, staff management and administrative skills.
- Excellent knowledge of housekeeping operations, SOPs and checklists.
- Experience in staff training and performance management.
- Height: Minimum 6 feet.
- Excellent personality, professional appearance and impeccable grooming.
