Reports To: Housekeeping Supervisor / Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards throughout the hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained while providing courteous and qualified service to guests.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.
- Make beds, change linen, replace towels, and replenish guest room amenities.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitisation of bathrooms and other facilities.
- Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items to the supervisor.
- Respond promptly and politely to guest requests and complaints.




- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of housekeeping pantries and storage areas.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and housekeeping SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and Maintenance departments whenever required.
- Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in deep cleaning and special cleaning activities as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum qualification: SSLC / Plus Two preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good grooming, personal hygiene, and professional behaviour.
- Hardworking, disciplined, and customer-service oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
