Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure timely removal of soiled linen, garbage, and recyclables from floors and public areas.
- Operate dust collectors to maintain a clean working setting.
- Assist with cooking tasks as needed (e.g., preparing light meals for guests).
- Provide exceptional guest service by responding promptly to requests and ensuring seamless room service delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field (hotel management preferred).
- B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; hospitality-related education an asset.
- Strong skills in cleaning, dust collection, pantry operations, room service execution, steward activities, waiter activities, butler activities, hostess activities.
