We are looking for an experienced Hotel Operations Executive to independently manage the complete operations of a villa property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall day-to-day villa operations.
- Manage Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Maintenance.
- Supervise and coordinate with property staff.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, queries, and complaints.
- Ensure property cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance.
- Manage bookings, reservations, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain guest satisfaction and hospitality standards.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Hotel / Resort / Villa Operations.
- Prior experience handling complete property operations independently is preferred.
- Robust team management and guest-handling skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple departments efficiently.
