Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, and walk-ins), conduct property walkthroughs, and pitch lawn and banquet package options to prospective clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust, ongoing relationships with local event planners, decorators, caterers, and corporate clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiation & Closing: Discuss pricing, food and beverage options, decoration setups, and contract terms to finalize bookings and maximize venue occupancy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with the operations, kitchen/catering, and maintenance teams to ensure flawless execution of all booked events.
- Market Awareness: Keep track of local competitor pricing, market trends, and peak seasons to strategize promotional offers and optimize revenue.
