We are looking for a well-presented and guest-friendly Hostess to welcome customers, manage reservations, coordinate table arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and guest seating arrangements.
- Coordinate table allocation according to availability.
- Maintain the guest waiting list during busy hours.
- Assist guests with basic restaurant information.
- Coordinate with service staff and restaurant supervisors.




- Handle guest inquiries and special seating requests.
- Maintain reservation and guest records.
- Ensure the entrance and reception area remain organized.
- Support the team in delivering excellent customer service.
