Job Title: Business Development Manager – Wedding Division

Job Overview The Business Development Manager will drive client acquisition, sales conversion, and revenue growth for the Wedding Division. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting premium wedding invitation collections and customized gifting solutions, managing the sales pipeline, preparing quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The candidate will also develop referral networks with wedding industry professionals and coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and potential growth areas.
- Generate qualified leads through showroom walk-ins, referrals, social media enquiries, wedding expos, and networking.
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer preferences, wedding themes, budgets, and timelines.
- Present premium wedding invitation collections and customized gifting concepts to prospective clients.
- Recommend suitable solutions, including wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, wedding gift boxes, premium packaging, celebration hampers, and event stationery.
- Assist clients in selecting materials, finishes, colours, embellishments, and personalization options.
- Maintain customer information,



manage sales pipelines, and track lead conversions through CRM software.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Follow up with customers for payment collection and ensure timely payments.
- Build strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
- Develop referral networks with wedding planners, photographers, decorators, and venue partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, wedding shows, and luxury events.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience in premium gifting, printing, packaging, branding, luxury products, or lifestyle sales is preferred.
- Understanding of customer relationship management, upselling, and sales conversion.
- Valuable knowledge of quotation preparation, CRM software, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple client requirements.
- Strong coordination, ownership, and accountability.
